Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ShaheerTools Voice, an online text-to-speech and voice-cloning service operated by ShaheerTools. By creating an account or buying credits, you agree to them.

The service

ShaheerTools Voice converts text you provide into audio using third-party AI voice models, and lets you create a clone of a voice from an audio sample. You need an account to generate audio. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password safe.

Credits

Audio generation is paid for with credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases; credits are valid for 30 days from the purchase date, are tied to your account, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

The credit cost of a generation is shown in the Studio before you confirm, and depends on the text length, the model and the language. If a generation fails on our side, the credits for that generation are returned to your balance automatically.

Voice cloning and consent

You may only clone your own voice, or the voice of a person who has given you clear permission to do so. By submitting a sample you confirm you have that right. We keep a record of your consent confirmation with each clone.

Impersonation, fraud, scams, and deceptive content of any kind are prohibited. We may remove clones and close accounts that violate this section, and we publish a "Report misuse" contact for voice owners.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing; do not attempt to overload, probe or break the service; do not resell account access. You are responsible for the text you submit and for how you use the audio you generate.

Your content and your audio

You keep all rights in the text and samples you submit. The audio you generate is yours to use, including commercially, in line with the pack or plan you bought. Because the output is AI-generated, identical or similar output may be produced for other users from different inputs.

Payments

Payments are processed by Whop. Prices are shown at checkout in the currency stated there. Credits are added to the account whose email matches the purchase email; if no account exists yet, the purchase is attached when you sign up with that email.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is". Voice models are supplied by third-party AI providers and may change, be renamed or be withdrawn; we will keep the service working with equivalent models where we can. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.

Liability and termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
