Refund Policy

This policy covers credit packs bought for ShaheerTools Voice. It is written to be fair in both directions: digital credits cannot be "returned" once spent, but a purchase that never worked is on us.

Credit packs

Credit packs are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account, because credits are a digital good that can be used immediately.

We will always refund, in full, when: you were charged twice for the same purchase; the credits never arrived because of a technical fault on our side; or a refund is required by the law that applies to you.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically — you never pay for audio we could not produce. Balance refunds are instant and need no request.

How to request a refund

Email us within 7 days of the purchase from your account email, with your Whop receipt. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Whop.
